  • I can’t even begin to describe how life changing it was to find Autumn. When I finally found her, I had been on about five whole years of PPIs. I started taking them because of acute gastritis, but the doctors had no “escape plan”. I just happened to come across Autumn on Instagram. I followed her for a while, and then decided I wanted to try it out. Our first call was great and I felt hope for the first time. Fast forward to now, I am off the PPIs, thriving, and my blood pressure also went down! My body feels like a new person, but I also have a new arsenal of knowledge to deal with different things. It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be, and the best money I have ever spent. What I also love about autumn is that she is not judgmental, you can tell her anything and i always enjoyed our calls! Your life is going to change!!

  • After finding Autumn on instagram I decided to stop trying to treat my acne with expensive chemical peels and my bloating by DIYing my health. After our first initial call I felt so excited and supported working with Autumn. She has an amazing relaxed and non-judgmental vibe about her.   • Autumn and I connected right off the bat and she immediately knew exactly how she would help me the next 3 months. I was "diagnosed" with SIBO before I found Autumn and I struggled to stay in a low FODMAP diet. She helped me improve my digestion so I didn't have to give up the foods I loved!   • Before working with Autumn I had tried really hard to get rid of my bloating. I am a nutrition coach so I'm a bit nerdy and I really geeked out on how to deflate my belly. I made quite a bit of progress but eventually the bloat returned and I felt stuck. I was a bit hesitant to begin working with someone because I do know quite a lot but I was really intrigued by the functional part of Autumn's certification. I reached out to learn a bit more about it and realized I had to take a leap and see what she could do! Oh man I'm glad I did. Progress wasn't fast and honestly for a minute there I was worried I wouldn't make any but towards the end of our time together things began to change. My bloat had gone down significantly!   • Autumn takes a simple but powerful approach to nutritional therapy. She focuses on seemingly basic food and lifestyle changes, but they are changes that can have a huge impact on the body!   • I signed up to work with Autumn because I was experiencing severe stomach discomfort, cramping and bloating after meals, and was extremely fatigued. Between the time I signed up and when we had our first meeting, I wound up in the ER with severe pain under my right ribcage, and found out I had gallstones. The ER doctor told me I needed to have my gallbladder removed. I mentioned this to Autumn, and needless to say she got all fired up and we embarked on “operation save Mary’s gallbladder!” Through working with Autumn, not only did I find immediate relief in my gallbladder pain and stomach issues, but I became so in tune with my body and the way that I feel. I now can quickly identify when something is off (gallbladder pain, stomach discomfort, increasing stress levels), and I have the tools to immediately put in place.   • I was a fit mama with a generally healthy lifestyle. I signed on hoping working with Autumn would provide me with the accountability I was lacking as it related to fixing my lack of water consumption, which was clearly my main problem (or so I thought). In our first session, I quickly realized that while my lack of water was a major problem, my lack of consistency around mealtime was really f’ing up my blood sugar. I immediately took all her suggestions to heart and surprisingly quickly started feeling better than I’ve felt in years. Just because you are fit, strong and perform reasonably well, doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from Autumn’s program. I was all those things … but I knew something wasn’t right. Every workout didn't have to be so hard! I made a commitment to myself, and it turned out a bunch of little fixes resulted in some big changes which made a world of difference for my mind and body.   • Prior to working with Autumn, I was the girl who constantly had to carry tums, pepto and ginger candies in my bag. I was feeling run down after just moving to the Pacific Northwest from Los Angeles and I had gained 10 pounds. After countless tests with doctors, every over the counter medication I could find and years of feeling bloated and constipated, I found Autumn.   • I spent my teenage years and 20’s with acid reflux. It wasn’t until earlier this year when I came from back from a foodie trip to NYC that I realized how acid reflux truly wasn’t normal. I ended up with gastritis in January. It was the most painful thing I had ever experienced. I was off work for weeks, I couldn’t eat anything without my stomach, ribs and back burning with pain. Thankfully I came across my neighbor’s IG page. Autumn had a whole highlight on her page about acid reflux, papaya enzymes and how acid reflux could be the result of LOW stomach acid. That doesn’t even sound like it makes sense does it? I’ve been 4/5 months into nutritional therapy and I’m drinking more water, eating a lot less sugar and I DON’T HAVE ACID REFLUX ANYMORE!!   • Autumn's perspective and insight were so refreshing relative to the typical approach I have received from my family doctor for many years. If he cannot prescribe a medication for it or does not understand a root cause, he sends me to a specialist who normally just has a wider range of medications to prescribe. Autumn searches for root causes that may simply be addressed through lifestyle and diet for permanent changes and solutions not just treatment of symptoms. The mineral analysis was very helpful. One of my doctors was intrigued and asked for a copy so that he could understand the value of the tests. Autumn's analysis helped me adjust my supplements, diet, and some basic aspects of my lifestyle which have already in a short time begun to result in benefits.   • The HTMA opened my eyes to some “small” things that contributed to the big problems I was having. I don’t think I would have realized why I was struggling/ what exactly I was struggling with if it hadn’t been for Autumn and the HTMA test. It’s a very simple test that goes way more in depth than you think. Plus, I enjoyed that it was non-invasive, and it wasn’t required that a doctor complete it. I got to choose who I worked with. Glad it was Autumn! Food heals all. Micronutrients are often overlooked because of the “micro” part, but they are SO important and shouldn’t be forgotten. I have been focusing on potassium and sodium specifically, plus making sure my magnesium stays at an optimal level, and I am glad to be on my way to some happy, healthy changes.
